  • How can I rent a self storage unit?

    You can book online or call our property management team. The month to month lease can be executed from your phone, tablet or desktop,

    Anytime, we are when you need us! 


    We make it easy! Month to month storage, RV parking or commercial warehouse space from the comfort of your home  or work. 

    Anytime and anywhere! No need to come to an office. We offer Esign Leases. 

  • What sizes of storage units in Utah are available?

    We offer a variety of unit sizes to meet different needs, ranging from small storage space to to large units suitable for just about anything from household goods furniture, garage gear, business inventory to cars, boats, trailers and even campers and RVs. 


    Our 5'x5' storage unit is about the size of a walk-in closet and can go as large as 20' x40' , 20' x 20',  12' x 30' or 30' x 45'.


    We can accomodate as little as 25 square feet all the way up to 400 square feet of storage space. Additionally, we offer over 1000 square feet of RV parking, commercial warehouse, commercial shops or office space.


  • Are there any restrictions on what I can store?

    For safety and legal reasons, items that are illegal, hazardous, combustible, or flammable are not permitted in storage units. This includes materials that could pose a risk to people, property, or the facility.

  • How can I make a payment?

    You can make a payment 24/7 through your online account or our automated phone payment system. 


    Live assistance is also available through our property management team for a small  fee. We accept credit cards and ACH payments.

  • How do I determine the right size storage space for my needs?

    Choosing the right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store. Smaller units are great for boxes and small furniture, while larger units can accommodate the contents of a home, vehicles, or business inventory.

  • Title or What do I need to do when I'm ready to move out?Question

    When you’re ready to move out of your storage unit, please follow these steps:



    Provide a 30-day notice

    Remove your lock from the unit

    Completely empty the unit and remove all items

    Leave the unit broom clean

    Email or text us a photo of the empty, clean, and open unit

    Once you’ve completed all move-out steps, your unit will be vacated and billing will stop after confirmation by our facility manager and verification through our on-site systems.


    Please note: We are unable to stop billing or complete your move-out if a lock remains on the unit or if any items are left inside the unit or on the property. Any abandoned items may result in additional fees and legal action, including charges for illegal dumping.


  • Can I leave things behind that I do not have room for or do not want?

    Self storage is private property. You must take everything with you, storage is not a dump yard nor a place to leave things you do not have room for or no longer want. Most Cities provide a City Dump made for this purpose or offer bulk trash pick up.


    Abandoning or leaving items on property can be considered illegal dumping on private property. We reserve the right to pursue all actions include criminal and civil recourse. 

  • What are the storage access hours?

    Our self storage facilities offer convenient access hours so you can get to your storage unit when it works best for you. Most locations provide extended access from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, while our Topeka location offers 24-hour access. 


    Please check with your specific location for exact access hours.

  • Is there a minimum rental period for storage units?

    We offer flexible month-to-month storage rentals with no long-term commitment. You can rent a storage unit for as little or as long as you need.



  • How do I access my storage unit after renting?

    Once you rent your storage unit, you’ll receive a gate access code to enter the property. When you arrive, you’ll find a company combination lock on your unit. 

    Simply remove that lock and replace it with the brand-new keyed lock we provide, which will be placed on the front of your unit. 

    You’ll also be given instructions on where to return our combination lock using the on-site lock drop box. We make it easy—no need to purchase a lock, everything is ready for you at move-in.

    No problem—our storage rentals are flexible. If you need a larger or smaller storage unit, or want to add another space, our team can help you transfer units or rent an additional unit based on availability. We make it easy to adjust your storage as your needs change.

  • What is required to rent a storage space or unit?

    Renting a storage unit is simple. You’ll need basic contact information, a valid email address, an emergency contact, and a current government-issued ID. In some cases, we may also require proof of a utility bill or a local lease before providing access and confirming your rental.

  • What happens if I need a different-sized unit after I've already rented one?

    No problem—our storage rentals are flexible. If you need a larger or smaller storage unit, or want to add another space, our team can help you transfer units or rent an additional unit based on availability. We make it easy to adjust your storage as your needs change.
